Order & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. During peak times like sales or holidays, processing may take an additional 2–3 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website (e.g., usps.com). Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to update. If you need help locating your tracking info, email us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com with your order number.
Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a little early, and they arrive within a day or two. If your package still hasn't shown up, the best next step is to submit a Missing Mail Search with USPS at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Once you've submitted the form, let us know at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com. If the package doesn't turn up, we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
We're so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com with your order number and let us know what you ordered vs. what you received. We'll send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and get your correct item shipped out ASAP. For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is always on us.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com with photos of the damage before initiating a return. We'll get a replacement shipped out to you right away. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost, and you'll receive a full refund with no deductions. In many cases, there's no need to return the damaged item.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. For address changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com and we'll do our best to accommodate. If the order has already shipped, we can't cancel it, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives through our return portal.
We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the Canadian government. We'd love to expand internationally further down the road, but we're not quite there yet!
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. If you need your order by a specific date, select the expedited option at checkout or email us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com and we'll help get it to you on time. Please note that expedited shipping does not change order handling time, which is 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Great news — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts), applied automatically at checkout. Canadian shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from your order date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To start a return, visit our return portal at birdiegirlgolf.com/a/service — returns require prior authorization through the portal. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping (a discounted label is available through the portal), and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label and full refund with no deductions.
Please note: personalized/monogrammed items, digital products, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Holiday returns: orders placed November 1–December 25 may be returned through January 15th.

Enter your order number and email address, select the item(s) you'd like to return, and choose your resolution (refund, store credit, gift card, or exchange). A discounted return shipping label is available through the portal. Pack your items securely with original tags and packaging, and ship your return within 14 days of authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization through the portal.
Yes! You can exchange items through our return portal at birdiegirlgolf.com/a/service. We offer both instant exchanges (your replacement ships right away, no waiting for your return) and standard product exchanges. Select the size, pattern, or style you'd like instead, and we'll get it sorted. If you need help, email us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund. After that, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Our current design still includes velcro to allow the cover to fold up. We have taken previous feedback into consideration and made improvements on newer batches. If you have an older version with velcro issues, reach out to us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com and we'll make it right.
Our seat covers fold flat for easy storage. The velcro tabs on the cover attach to the pouch to hold it in the folded position. We're working on getting video tutorials up on our website.
