I am a new subscriber to Birdie Girl’s monthly ball markers and tee club. I was anxiously awaiting my first shipment and to no fault of Birdie Girl at all, my package was never received. It was a USPS issue, being that they put my package in the wrong mailbox and the person who received it never returned it to me.
I decided to reach out to Birdie Girl to see about a replacement and they were on top of it! I received my replacement within 4 days of me notifying them! I was so appreciative and can’t compliment their customer service enough! I will be spreading the good news about Birdie Girl amongst my golf club friends. Thank you, Birdie Girl!
