Return and Refund Policy

At Birdie Girl Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

How to start a return

You must contact us within 30 days of your order date to request a return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Conditions for returns

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We must receive your return within 14 days of the day the return was authorized.
Personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned.

Refund details

If the product is defective, we will issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
If the product is not defective, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.
If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund and issue confirmation.

Digital Products Policy

All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of our ebook and other digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Delivery: After your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital product via the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

License & Use: All digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy, or redistribute them without written permission from Birdie Girl Golf LLC.
