Returns & Exchanges

At Birdie Girl Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from your order date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1–December 25 may be returned through January 15th.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Visit our Return Portal: birdiegirlgolf.com/a/service
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
4. Choose your preferred resolution option (see below)
5. Purchase and print your return shipping label
6. Pack your items securely with original tags and packaging
7. Ship your return within 14 days of authorization

Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization through our return portal.

Your Resolution Options

Exchanges:

• Instant Exchange – Get your replacement shipped immediately (no waiting for your return to arrive!)
• Product Exchange – Swap for a different item or size

Returns:

• Refund to Payment Method – Money back to your original payment method
• Store Credit – Keep the funds for your next purchase
• Gift Card – Perfect if you're eyeing something else
• Bank Refund – Direct deposit to your account

Shipping Costs & Refund Details

For Non-Defective Returns:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs. A discounted return label will be available through our portal.
• Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

For Defective or Incorrect Items:

• We will issue a full refund with no deductions
• We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Please email hello@birdiegirlgolf.com with photos before initiating your return

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund and issue confirmation. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or monogrammed items
• Digital products and ebooks (all digital sales are final)
• Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
• Items returned after 30 days from order date
• Items returned without prior authorization

Digital Products Policy

All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of our ebooks and other digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Delivery: After your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital product via the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

Access Issues: If you have trouble accessing your ebook or other digital products, please contact us at hello@birdiegirlgolf.com and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

License & Use: All digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy, or redistribute them without written permission from Birdie Girl Golf LLC.

Intellectual Property: All content, including ebooks, remains the property of Birdie Girl Golf LLC and is protected under copyright law.

Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure your device can open and view PDF or other standard digital file formats.
